Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026

By using WebCloud (“Service”), operated by Enzonic LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Service Description

WebCloud provides web application hosting infrastructure. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Account Terms

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use only unless on a Team plan.

Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly. Downgrading does not generate refunds. We may suspend accounts with overdue payments after reasonable notice.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement. We may suspend accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENZONIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
