Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of WebCloud services provided by Enzonic LLC.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use WebCloud to:

• Host illegal content or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Conduct or facilitate DDoS attacks, port scanning, or other network abuse
• Send unsolicited email (spam) or operate open mail relays
• Host cryptocurrency mining software
• Distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious software
• Operate services that violate privacy laws (KCDPA, GDPR, etc.)
• Circumvent resource limits or attempt to access other customers' data
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

Resource Fair Use

Applications must not consume resources disproportionate to their plan limits. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend applications that negatively impact other customers.

Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of service, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to relevant authorities.
